What we collect

  • Your name, phone number, and email address.
  • The service address, along with any access notes you give us — gate codes, parking instructions, where the dog stays.
  • Photographs of the areas we clean, taken before and after the work, and your signature on the service agreement.
  • Job details and payment records: what was cleaned, what it cost, and how it was paid.

Why we collect it

To schedule and complete your job, to send you messages about that job, to invoice you, and to keep a record of the condition of your property before and after we worked on it. The photographs exist so that both sides can see what was there when we arrived.

Text messages

We text you only about your own job — a confirmation, a reminder the day before, and a message when the technician is on the way. We do not send marketing texts. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, or by telling us in any other way. Message and data rates may apply.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising. It is handled by the services that run our business: hosting and databases, text messaging, and email delivery. Each of them only receives what it needs to do its part.

How long we keep it

Job records, photographs, and signed agreements are kept for seven years. That is deliberate: they are the evidence that the work was done and what condition the property was in, and disputes can surface long after a job is finished.

Your rights in California

Under the CCPA and CPRA you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, and ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will respond. Some records tied to completed work and payment may be kept where the law requires it.
