Booking and arrival

We give a one-hour arrival window rather than an exact time, because traffic and the previous job both move. We text you when the technician is on the way.

Pricing

Prices are quoted per item — per room, per sofa, per mattress. The minimum charge for any visit is $100. Deep cleaning and stain removal, when the fabric needs it, adds $50 to the job.

The quote is based on what you tell us. If the piece is larger than described, or the soiling needs a different treatment, we show you the revised price on site and start only after you approve it.

Cancellations

Cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 12 hours before your arrival window. Cancellations inside 12 hours, and appointments where nobody is at the property, are charged $50.

Before and after photographs

We photograph each area before we start and after we finish, and we note anything already damaged or permanently stained. You see those notes and confirm them before the work begins. This protects both sides.

What cleaning cannot fix

Some things do not come out: bleach damage, dye loss, permanent traffic wear, and stains that have been set by previous treatment. We tell you when we see them, before we start, rather than after.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is finished. We accept cash, check, and Zelle.
